  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I’m sitting here facing the screen,
I’m half-awake like in a dream.
My mind is cloudy, not all there,
So at the screen my eyes do stare.

I know the Lord wants me to write,
But half my brain has taken flight.
I could give up and walk away,
But I decided I must stay.

So, I pursued Him, asked what’s next,
The truth not written in a text,
But written in the hearts of men
Who’re living what is for-bid-den.

They’re liars, sneakers, runaways,
Who, with the truth, they love to play.
They’ll twist it, turn it their own way,
And sometimes put it on display.

They live their lives still for the flesh,
And what they do, not hard to guess,
For in their minds they do undress
The ones they lust. Will not confess.

Their attitudes, they sometimes stink
When lusts of flesh are on the brink.
They know their thoughts, not the right way,
But they yield to them anyway.

It’s called addiction, slaves to sin,
And they are losers, do not win,
For they continue follow flesh,
And truth and lies they love to mesh.

But Jesus died to free them now
If only to the Lord they’ll bow,
And if their sins they will renounce
And faith in Jesus they’ll avow.
