Your anger is not against God, your anger is against Christians .

Sometimes, God and Christians are not on the same page. Some times religion and God are not on the same page .

Either way Brian, you are a very angry person.

tuck

How the *bleep* did you get anger out of that post?

Your apparent need to tell others what they think and what they feel is getting tiresome.

You'd be angry too if your mother had just told you you are the illegitimate son of a Roman soldier.
Oh I see. I suggest you are afraid and so you tell me I am angry.
Ok then.
You aren't afraid. You love atheists.

Sigh.

So, if there is no proof either way, why are you so certain that Christianity is the correct religion, the correct interpretation of God? There are many religions in the world, and no evidence that their supernatural deities conclusively don't exist... why do you believe this one particular religion when the evidence for its truth is the same as those others?

If the Atheists on this message board were actually true Atheists, they would not be on this message board. They would be out there doing something else more productive.

True Atheists do not have to prove anything. What we have as an interesting reality are the worried Atheists.

And yes you are not an Atheist Brian, you are just an angry person and this message board gives you permission to play as an angry person.

Who your daddy is does not matter, you have the gift of life, or you are angry at life because you do. In your case Brian, anger management classes might be interesting .

I have actually experienced God.

Your job Nolonger, is to prove that God is my "imaginary friend"

And that is where things get interesting, just for fun (and yes I am a bit weird ) and no other reason.

How did you experience God? And how do you know that he is the specifically Christian God you believe in?

You are also angry against people, not God.

tuck

????

<sarcasm>NUH UH! You're angry against people!</sarcasm>

Seriously, trying to explain to me what emotions I experience is the kind of argumentation I'd expect from a 12 year old. In any case, your vague, wildly unsubstantiated and blatantly hallucinogenic divinings didn't answer my question.

What's your proof of god's existence? Since you claim such proof exists, clearly you must be able to prove god's existence.

Or is your throwing random taunts at me about what you're mythical atheist boogeyman's feelings in that black coal of a heart supposed to be a red herring to cover up your inability to back up your claim?

There is (theological) sin. We just think that it's made up inside people's heads.
"Off with their heads!"
I hope you are right because I don't think the world would be a fair place for children otherwise. My dictionary says sin is "breaking of a religious or moral law". And what is this about being born sinners? I keep having this vision of a delivery room with policemen cuffing new born babies as they emerge. "Sorry kid, you have just broken the law. Have you got a licence to exist? Well you should have thought of that before you decided to be born. What do you mean you aren't even a Christian...you inherit that from you parents - it's in your genes". No wonder babies cry out.

Life is not fair and you're just now figuring this out? Sheesh you need to let out a good rebel yell like that of your avatar and get THAT out of your system.

All right , when I was five years old my mother one night closed the door to my bedroom that she normally left open. The light from the hallway was shut off and my room was dark. I got very upset about this and her solve was to tell me that if I prayed to God in the name of Jesus Christ to take away my fear of the dark, that God would take away my fear of the dark.

Up to this time, because we never went to church or ever talked about God or Jesus, I did not know that They even existed. But I did what she told me to do (personally I still think that she was just being mean knowing my mother and all) and I had what most would call a mystical experience. From that time on Jesus and God were an important part of my life, even though they were not a part of the life of the people around me. And so apparently I have parleyed my childhood imaginary friend, from childhood, into my adulthood . Ok !

love,

tuck

Kharisym, you have not even met me yet I am just getting started.

We could say, if management will allow me too, that the Atheists on this message board are the body, and I am the virus. But the question is, because you guys create activity and activity is the life of a message board, "How can things be functional and the body lives through the experience in spite of the virus?" I do not know, but I do consider that a serous challenge, because I do love this message board and God and Jesus.

"Life" is fair. Stuff happens. Then you die. That is apparently true of ever human being. "Life" is indifferent.
I have noted however that people are very often unfair. Then they imply that it is not they who are being unfair, but life.

Gracchus , your post is the kicker! No truer words were ever said!

So the question now is, "Can an individual hedge their bets when it comes to life?" In theory if one does not "sin", their odds of getting through life with the least amount of hassle, are better.

?

That's still not proof, it's a red herring. My hope of getting a direct statement out of you is dwindling.

Let me explain something, I usually come on here after logging roughly 2 hours of reading anthropology journals, sociology journals, reading history text books, or doing calculus. So attempting a self-inflation metaphor by trying to equate yourself with the unconquerable 'virus' doesn't go nearly as far for me as it does your ego.

Quite simply, you made a claim, I asked you to put your money where your mouth is. You have thus far failed to give the 'proof' you so haughtily claim to have. A handful more exchanges with you and I'll be writing you off as just another self-important creationist whose only 'proof' is his own conviction.
