There is a way which seems Right unto a Man
Prov 14:12
Prov 14:12
- Pro 14:12 There is a way (denominationalism) which seems right unto a man (see 2Pet 2 and Heb 5:12-6:1-6 papers), but the end thereof are the ways of death. 2Tim 2:4 entanglement of the sin nature
- Act 9:4 And he (Paul) fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecute you (Paul) me (Jesus)?
- Gal 1:13-14 For you (Christians) have heard of my (Paul) conversation in time past in the Jews' religion (denomination), how that beyond measure I (Paul) persecuted the (True 1Pet 4:17 1Cor 6:16) church of God, and wasted (Acts 9:2) it: Gal 1:14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my (Paul) equals (Pharisees) in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions (Mark 7:8 Col 2:8 Jud 9:4) of my fathers. True Church Matt 16:13-20 Acts 20:28 Col 1:13-18 Heb 12:23)
- Act 9:5-6 And he said, who are you, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom you persecute: it is hard for you (Paul) to kick against the pricks (Acts 1:20 {John 2:14,15}). Act 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what will you have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told you what you must do. Acts 9:1-6 Acts 26:14
- Acts 9:14 But have walked after the imagination of their (rejectors) own heart, and after Baalim (Num 24:14 Rev 2:14), which their fathers taught them (rejectors):
- Mat 7:12-14 Therefore all things whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. Mat 7:13 Enter you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in (Luke 13:24) thereat: Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate (Rom 1:16 1Cor 1:18), and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.
- Mat 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment. Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
- 1Co 2:4 And my (Paul) speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 1Co 2:5 That your (Christians) faith should not stand in the wisdom (denominationalism) of men, but in the power (Matt 19:26 1Cor 1:18 Rom 1:16 1Cor 15:50-53 1Thess 4:13-17) of God. John 15:5 Acts 7:48 Acts 17:24
- Heb 12:10-11 For they (physical fathers Heb 12:5-9) verily for a few days chastened us (Christians) after their own pleasure; but he (Jesus) for our (Christians) profit (Rev 21&22), that we might be partakers of his (Jesus) holiness. Heb 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it (chastening) yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them (Christians) which are exercised thereby. John 3:6
- Rom 6:21 What fruit had you (Christians) then in those things whereof you are now ashamed (Phil 1:20 Heb 11:16)? for the end of those things (Isa 1:13-15) is death (1Cor 15:54-56).
- Hos 10:13 You (see Mark 12:1-12 paper) have plowed wickedness, you have reaped iniquity; you have eaten the fruit (Deut 32:31-33) of lies (John 8:44): because you did trust in your way (denominationalism), in the multitude of your mighty men (Militaries).
- Rom 7:4-6 Wherefore, my (Paul) (Christian) brethren, you also are become dead to the law (Col 2:14 Rom 10:4) by the body of Christ; that you (Christians) (John 1:12 1John 3:2) should be married to another, even to him (Jesus) who is raised from the dead (Eph 4:8), that we (Christians) should bring forth fruit (Matt 7:20) unto God. Rom 7:5 For when we (Christians) were in the flesh (sin nature 2Pet 2:19), the motions of sins (Acts 17:28), which were by the law (Jam 2:10 Gal 3:24-27), did work in our members to bring forth fruit (Gal 5:19-21) unto death (Rev 20:14-15). Rom 7:6 But now we (Christians) are delivered from the law (Rom 3:20 Gal 5:18), that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit (John 3:3-8 Gal 5:22-25), and not in the oldness of the letter (Col 2:14 2Cor 3:6 Jer 14:14-15).
- Jer 5:24-28 Neither say they in their heart, let us now fear the LORD our God, that gives rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserves unto us the appointed weeks (Isa 28:15-18 Scourge {Jer 30:7 Mark 4:29 7-year Tribulation Dan 9:27}) of the harvest. Jer 5:25 Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you.
- Jer 5:26 For among my people (Jews) are found wicked men: (1) they lay wait, (2) as he that sets snares (Isa 28:13 see snared paper); (3) they set a trap (1Tim 6:9), (4) they catch men. Jer 5:27 As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich. Jer 5:28 They are waxen fat, they shine: yes, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge. 2Pet 2:12
- Pro 12:15 The way of a fool (1Cor 1:18) is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkens unto counsel (Luke 7:30 Isa 9:6) is wise.
- Pro 15:25 The LORD will destroy the house of the proud (Job 41:34 Isa 28:1): but he will establish the border of the widow.
- Pro 30:12 There is a generation (future Isa 30:1 Matt 15:8) that are pure in their own eyes (Gal 3:10 Rom 9:32 Rev 2&3), and yet is not washed (Isa 29:13 1Pet 3:21) from their (rejectors) filthiness (2Cor 7:1).
- Gal 6:2-4 Bear you (Christians) one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ (Matt 5:17 Matt 22:37-40). Gal 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. Gal 6:4 But let every man prove his own work (Matt 16:6), and then shall he have rejoicing (2Tim 2:15 Acts 17:11) in himself alone, and not in another (Jer 17:5 2Tim 3:6 Psa 17:8).
- 2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers (2Cor 11:13-15 1Tim 4:1) shall wax worse and worse (Isa 30:10), deceiving, and being deceived (2Tim 4:3).
- Jer 17:9-10 The heart (Rom 1:28 Jer 6:30 Matt 26:15) is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked (Gen 6:5 Pro 8:36): who can know it? Jer 17:10 I the LORD search the heart (Rev 3:20 Heb 12:6-10), I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways (Matt 11:15 John 10:27), and according to the fruit of his doings. (Rom 14:10 2Cor 5:10 Jam 1:22 )
- Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words (1Cor 15:2 Jud 9:4 2Pet 2:3): for because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience (Rom 1:21-32 2Cor 11:13-15).
- Jas 1:22 But be you doers of the word (Matt 22:37-40 John 10:24), and not hearers only (see Heb 5:12-6:1-6 paper), deceiving your own selves (Jam 2:26).
- Jer 7:4 Trust you not in lying words (Isa 28:15 Gen 3:7 2Tim 3:6), saying, the temple (Matt 23:21 Rev 2:13) of the LORD, the temple of the LORD, the temple of the LORD, are these. Titus 1:11 Isa 2:8
- Eze 21:27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him. see Titus 3 paper, subverting Titus 3:11
- Mat 26:34 Jesus said unto him, Verily I (Jesus) say unto you (Peter), that this night, before the C*ck crow, you (Peter) shall deny me (Jesus) thrice.
