These are the characters currently in the world of Algerinai. Algerinai is a world controlled by one single corporation that owns everything: OnTech. OnTech controls everything from credit, to housing, to banking, to insurance, to entertainment, to power, to industrial creation, to farming and food distribution.
This world is futuristic, as it is filled with technology that we haven't been able to achieve yet. However, it is also fantasy, for magic exists in this universe, and magical energy is called onima. Technology utilizes more often than not both electricity and onima. Onima is created and drawn from living matter, so every technological marvel utilizing onima is connected somehow to living matter. Granite is the only non-living substance that seems to have any effect on onima at all, it bends and warps onima fields, directing them in predetermined manners.
Where once there was normal, electrically driven cyberspace, which means instead of say something like windows, the computer programs are all symbolized by three dimensional icons. Users and characters by actual people-looking images, and such. This is still most prevalent. However, the most powerful computers, those that have been powered by onima to truly create artificial intelligence, can create pockets of onispace. Identical to cyberspace in everyway, except it's actually a physical place, one can physically go there.
So, anyone patient enough to actually read through all that, I'd love ideas I could take this to. I might steal these ideas for my game though, so remember that. And, of course, you're all welcome to join, only....yeah, I've got rules and background on the first page.
