• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

    If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

    If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Today I... was actually quite productive. Worked some on a paper that is due Thursday (whoops....), got some reference books to read over spring break for that paper, and took a walk downtown. AND attended my boringest of boring classes and read my essay when asked (and got the answer right, score ).

Long day though....

Like Prairiegurl ad Imgettingready, I organized drawers and closets and I cleaned, even the walls.
vacuumed the porch rugs too.
Visited my Mom.
Met up with a Christian couple who I consider
my extended family. She brought over
my Arbonne skin care system that I ordered.
Good stuff.

Yesterday I did laundry and wrote a paper which I expect to get an A on. I didn't work out or take my exam like I had planned because I was exhausted from only getting three hours of sleep. However, I did construct a tower-thing of poker cards and then I blew it up with a whoopie cushion. That was very productive

very happy about today - i started to write a letter for my parents' 25th wedding anniversary in june, went to class, gave a massage and day spa in the school clinic, walked home, and now i'm going to do lots of homework tonight, clean the bathroom and kitchen to make my roommates happy, and make chicken enchiladas. mmmm....
