The True Life of PK's

my name is Ericka and my mother was ordained pastor of the Church Of God Of Prophecy about 10 months ago.I hear alot of stereotypes about "PK's" like; there worst than the worldly kids! Is that mainly true in the church where you affiliate?

I grew up a PK...I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers. They all currently have their own families and all love the Lord. My parents have 19 grandchildren all living in homes where the parents have never been divorced and who all attend church regularly and try to serve the Lord.

Being a PK is not the worst thing in the world and most PK's I know have turned out well...

A few of the rebelled a little in high school or college but nothing like the most of the kids.

It IS important for the parent to not let the ministry take the place of the children. Family before ministry, that is what God wants

Many (read "all") PK's I've met fit the stereotype but it is up to you to prove the stereotype correct or be the exception. Please be the exception.
