Thanks for the QED.

See? Even your canned responses are getting tedious. There's no originality anymore.

That's because you're trying to make me out to be something I'm not.

Now, the likes of @dad and @Aman777... They can be interesting once in a while... But when you keep referencing your old "challenge threads..." Well... It's like a washed up former athlete trying to relive his college football years.... Where he spent most of his time on the bench anyway.

It's just... dull.

That's why I don't come across as "that special."

You're trying to put a star peg into a square hole.

Thanks again for the QED.

Or maybe I'm looking for something unique in what's strictly dime-a-dozen...

Some people can find great values in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart... But the truth is, they're getting rid of that stuff for a reason... It's used up, worn out, and out of fashion.

I see.

If I was a YEC, I surely wouldn't disguise it.
You are a YEC by any accepted definition. I'm trying to find a definition which isn't along the lines of "a form of creationism which holds as a central tenet that the Earth and its lifeforms were created in their present forms by supernatural acts of the God of Abraham between approximately 6,000 and 10,000 years ago." You fit that definition perfectly, so you're a YEC.

And what do the rocks tell you?

Luke 19:37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
38 Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

Then is evolution a bad thing? It hasn't worked out so well for the apes. If they go extinct is that just part of the process? Seems like we would be wasting our time trying to save them
First, we ARE apes. Along with chimps, bonobos, urangs, gorillas, etc. But with regard to non-human apes WE are the reason for their imminent extinction. If we were to change our ways they would have a much better chance of surviving.

And what will we eventually become?

So they're alive?
You tell me. You said living things grow.

The point here is that the would ‘living’ is not cut and dry.

Is a virus alive? If not, why not?

Is a decapitated body alive? It still has biological activity but can we call it alive? If not why not?

I’m not asking you to answer these questions but to see how ‘alive’ and ‘living’ are not easy to quantify. There is no clear cut dividing line between alive and not alive.

Who knows. We’ll always be cladistically primates but how will we look? Depends on the environment. In the future if we lived on colonies on the Moon we would be taller and lighter framed. If we lived on a higher G world we’d probably be stouter.

The point is that what we look like in the far flung future will depend on the selection pressures place upon our specie by our environment.

Extinct -- unless we think of a way of preventing ourselves from becoming feral.

Kind of odd of you to offer that photo up as a solution... are you attempting something different?

Either that, or I offered it up as an example.

Want another example of we going feral, then exterminating ourselves?

If you want me to offer up the solution, sure.

Here it is:

Looks like another picture of an extermination to me... or at least an execution.

Of course, you're hardly the first to offer up an instrument of death as a "solution" to the world's problems...

...and you won't be the last.
