DIGIMON CONSTITUTION
The Second Digimon Alliance will hereby, in accordance to the purpose of its existence, will uphold, protect,
cherish, defend, and participate in the fundamental rights of all digimon and their allies. The Second Digimon Alliance will fulfill its sole purpose-to protect the Digimon world from all threats to its security and the welfare of Digimon kind in the post-Eastern Coalition Digimon world.
-No member is excluded from the rules, rights, and privileges of the Second Digimon Alliance
-All members are obligated to obey the rules and guidlines set by the High Command of the Second Digimon Alliance.
-The High Command reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant as well as revoke the membership of any member not benefitting the Alliance.
Rank Structure
The rank structure of the Second Digimon Alliance will be a continuation of the original Digimon Alliance. The rankings will be identical to that of the American Armed Forces. The highest military rank offered will be the rank of General of the Armies. All military members of the Second Digimon Alliance will be given a rank with an insignia as well as a job badge.
Branches
The Second Digimon will be composed of the following branches: army, air force, covert ops, tech forces, command, and medical. All members of any of the following branches are considered military and are therefore expected to participate in combat if the circumstances require it.
Army
The army will included regular and special infantry and heavy weaponry. The army will be the first called to combat
when hostilities arise. The ranking system for the army is that of the United States Army. The highest rank offered to members of the army is General of the Armies. The lowest rank offered is Private.
Air Force
The air force will include fighter, bomber, and reconaissance pilots, bombadiers, and gunners. The air force will be called in with aerial combat as well as ground combat. Reconaissance can also be used prior to official hostilities. The ranking system for the air force is that of the United States Air Force. The highest rank offered to members of the air force is General of the Armies. The lowest rank offered is Basic Airman.
Covert Ops
Covert ops will include snipers, spies, infiltrators, pointers, and special agents. Covert ops will be used for special cases and will rarely be used in an ICS (intense combat situation). Covert ops can be used during times of both hostilities and of peace. The ranking system of covert ops will be that of the United States Marine Corps. The highest rank offered to members of covert ops is General of the Armies. The lowest rank offered is Private.
Tech Forces
Tech forces will include technicians, engineers, research staff, and maintenance staff. Tech forces will be divided into field and regular tech forces. Regular tech forces will not be deployed to any type of offensive ICS. The ranking system of field tech forces will be that of the army, and the regular tech forces will be ranked on a custom scale. The highest rank offered to any field tech forces member is General of the Armies, and the highest rank offered to any member of the regular tech forces is Technical General. The lowest rank offered to field tech forces is Private, and the lowest for regulars is Undertech.
Command
Command will include officers and generals. A command position is offered instead of given and is only offered to those who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic, and management skills. All members of the command are required to have been in an ICS with the exception of tech and medical forces. Command will be ranked by the officer and general system of both regular and custom systems. The highest rank offered to command members is General of the Armies. The lowest rank is 2nd Lieutenant.
Medical
Medical forces will include field and regular medics, surgeons, specialists, psychologists, and dentists. Only field medical forces will be deployed in any ICS. Field medical forces will follow the army's ranking system, and the regular medical forces will use a custom ranking system. The highest rank offered to field members is General of the Armies, and the highest offered to regulars is Medical General. The lowest rank for field members is Private, and the lowest rank for regulars is Undermed.
Civilians
Civilian positions will be offered in areas such as services, politics, and non-combat management. Civilians are required to follow through with the same obligations as the combat members with the exception of the obligation to participate in combat when the situation calls for it. Civilians will also be given the same rights and privileges as any other member. The highest position offered to civilians is Civilian Advisor to the General of the Armies.
Human/Digimon Relations
The Second Digimon Alliance reveres the relationship between humans and digimon as a sacred one. The Alliance believes that humans and digimon should coexist peacefully and be united in times of strife. A civilian ambassador will be appointed by the High Command to serve as an ambassador to the Digimon Republic.
High Command
The High Command will be composed of both civilians and military. The High Command will be led by a board led by y 8 members. The highest position offered to a single person is General of the Armies. The High Command will make all executive decisions that include Declaration of War, troop deployment, monetary management, and appointments to the High Command. All Command members of the military will serve on the High Command.
Money and Supplies
Money will be a lesser concern for the Alliance. Many of the supplies from the original Alliance have been carried over, so it is not a great concern. Money and supplies will be acquired through trade, the creation of custom items, and the plundering of enemies.
