Totally agree. And that isn't the only evil, they also aggressively advocate slaughtering babies in the womb!

Or, uh, would that be the left wing? Straighten me out here - who is it that looks us in the eye with a straight face and tells us a baby is a mere glob of tissue, or worse, a malignant tumor? Is that the people of common sense?

There is good and evil on both sides. This world has always and will always be rehashing the same moral debates without resolution - because man still cannot discern true wisdom apart from God and Holy Scripture. And he will continue to try till he just almost destroys himself until the Lord Jesus returns.

Advocating for godly principals is good work, certainly. But I would caution against throwing in our lot *entirely* with any institution or movement of mere man, and concentrate primarily on working the harvest of God's coming eternal Kingdom - pulling souls out of the midst of yet another crooked and perverse generation.

Yes, I do think that many in the GOP are scared and silent for the moment. There are other conservatives out there that are unhappy with Trump. Though the party has purged many so called Rino's, moderates do exist, as well as libertarians within the GOP crowd. The left is not silent either. They seem likely to retake at least the House in the mid-terms. So yes, there is some common sense out there and it is growing I hope.

You are absolutely right. Hypocrisy abounds on both sides and all sides in between. The question is then, what Man alone spoke only Truth and lived every Word He preached? And did the impossible - bore all of our deserved sins and shame upon Himself?

Thus why this hypocrite lives ever to point all to Him. No politician, poet, musician, philosopher, theorist, religionist or whatever idol we make is willing, or capable, of duplicating such an expression of Love to an ungrateful world.

They are both things said in VERY public ways. This is not something said on Forechan. This is said for the whole world to see. Frankly, brushing this under the rug and giving some sort of whataboutism means you don't think it's an issue because there are other issues. It is an issue. There will come a time when you will have to choose who you follow. You can either follow common sense or you can follow the right wing.

As I have said before, there are loonytoons on both sides. The woman is unashamedly racist. There is no denying that. But Morgan was also correct when he said that free speech does not mean we cannot be held accountable for our words. However, it is wrong to lump anyone to the right of where you find yourself on the political spectrum to be evil or supporting evil. I can tell you from my experience as a black man, that the most hateful and racist comments I have ever received were from other black people and white liberal woman.

I would agree with all of that. IMO, it is not a "left vs right" problem, it is a "good vs evil" problem. So many people today lack common sense. I am not an anti-right-wing person. In fact, much of what political rights stand for is good in principle. I just feel that the pendulum is beginning to swing in the opposite direction, and we are seeing some things on the right that we haven't seen in a while--even before Reagan.

Pretty simple answer to the question IMO. When you have the woke left nut jobs telling us a man can get pregnant, normal people are not going to put up with that kind of insanity. That stuff was absolutely shoved down people's throats, and they've had enough. So now they are overcompensating.

It's not my wish to oversimplify--different people voted for him for different reasons. But I would say the #1 reason is overwhelming Ing that the economy stank, and it's incredibly common for people to simply vote their pocket book.

If the American people can be blamed for anything, it is simply their willingness to deny the danger signs. It's not that they were choosing to vote in a dictator so much as their inability to see his obvious authoritarianism.

I think as the economy goes further and further south, a lot more people will regret voting for Trump. I think it was about a week ago that the polls showed him having the worst 100 day approval rating in US history, with only 32% approving and a full 55% disapproving.

What so many people fail to realize is that both the left and the right have a strong sense of morals. It's just that these morals differ, or at least the weight that they carry differ. For example, the morality on the left is very big on defending and helping the poor and marginalized. The morality on the right strongly supports law and order. To me, BOTH sides have a lot of good things to offer, but they BOTH also have a lunatic fringe.

The moment I hear anyone characterize the other side as evil is the moment I tune them out as an extremist incapable of having a rational, civilized discussion, so I truly hope that's not what you were implying.
