First let me say hello since I'm a newbie.
I know the Adventist doctrine and have read Ellen White and The Great Controversy and have found so much TRUTH in her teachings that many times I'll read a current newspaper and see something that was said exactly as it appears in her book. Even the same words are used. It really amazes me and strengthens my faith in Messiah and I can see that she was an exceptional person.
Now let me get to the subject. There is something Biblical that I find that is not taught and very seldom mentioned, if mentioned at all, by the Adventist or any other of the common denominations. Why is it that there are a plethora of scripture in Jeremiah, Isaiah, the minor prophets, and the New Testament that speak of the 2 houses (Judah and Israel) which have been separated and dispersed throughout the whole world beginning in 721 BC when the 10 tribes of the house of Israel were dispersed by the Assyrian Empire and to this day have never returned to that land of the inheritance covenant YHWH made with Abraham in Genesis 17. Beginning in 606 BC we saw the beginning of the Babylonian captivity of which not all of the house of Judah returned to that promised land and then in 70 AD we see the rest of them being dispersed all over the world. There are at least 100 verses in the Old and New Testament that speak of those two houses and their yet future returning to that land, and it's not referring to after the millenium either. The Palestinians (descendents of Ishmael, the Saudi Arabians, and of Esau, and all those other Moslem nations) who are there now, have no right to that land because the land inheritance covenant was for the descendents of Abraham through Sarah not Hagar. Is it any wonder why, up until now, after the Jews and the Arabs have been fighting for so many years, that the US and Britain (Ephraim or house of Israel), the arrows, are allied with the house of Judah, the bow, against the Arab nations who have no right there. Yeshua's coming to rule as King over his remnant that will return to that land and the 2 houses will again be united to form one nation. Ezekiel 37:15 This war is another sign of YHWH's kingdom is on this earth and his commandment keeping people (Sabbath keepers) will be in it for the millenium, his rest. The seventh one thousand year period is that Millenium Sabbath of rest and peace that is about to begin. And he will be Lord of the Sabbath. There is a plethora of Biblical data to substantiate it. I will give a very simple, brief example and I will close. The Lord's prayer, which you will remember is the way Yeshua told his apostles how to pray. ".. thy kingdom come ... on earth ....".
