Prayer is essential. Its far too easy to say you are too busy and skip prayer. It personally has helped me practice gratitude for all God has done for me.

Excellent point. I wish I had been discipled in this area better as a young person in the church. I didn't really learn prayer well until adulthood, but it has made so much of a difference in my life. I praise God when I see a young person who has this consistency early, whether they learned on their own or through mentorship.
