The Places Game

Ok I don't know if anyone else has started this, but the way this game works is I will say a letter than everybody names all the places (city, state, country, county, island, nation, etc) that start with that letter, then ONLY after you can't think of anymore you can change the letter.
I'll start.

The letter is "S"

That's quite true, "S" could go on until Christmas... in the year 2018 because there are so many "S' places... but then again, someone might come along who can't think of an "S" place but the odds of that truly happening are next to nil.
