It's that time of year again, well in a few hours anyway for North Americans. Please feel free to post any good April Fools jokes that you fell for (today or in the past) or that someone you know fell for, or ones that you picked as such. For example a Sydney radio station claimed that the swimming, equestrian and beach volleyball events at the Athens games would be relocated to Sydney, and even got our State Premier in to help them try and fool Sydneysiders. Or even try some on us if you're game.

I'm telling our dog that he's going for a grooming :)

But he'll get sniped & chiped that day

That and we have 2 birds, so time to swing on buy and get some candy eggs, and let her know that they laid some eggs & then eat them :)

i was listening to a radio station out of Denver CO in the late eighties.. it was a talk show station and they had an on air reporter at the "new Underground Train Station" in town. Of course there wasnt such a thing but it was funny to listen to and even though i was over six hours away i fell for it also.
the reporter would just sit and watch out his window as people looked for the entrance to the subway and he talked about how it couldnt be missed it was bigger that the subways in Los Angeles and so on and so on....

The prank even made the paper the next day.

Last year a friend of mine was cooking in the kitchen, and all of a sudden screamed and held onto her finger like she just cut it off. She was like "Oh God! My finger! I just cut it off, help me!" I totally freaked out, but when ran up and grabbed her hand she was like "April Fools!" I just about had a heart attack with that one.

One year ago today I had asked my brother to take some pictures of me lifting weights for my personal trainer flier. The next day he sent me a link to my "new website"....

JUST SOME ADVICE FOR THIS APRIL FOOL'S DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, this is for the guys............ never, ever, EVER write your GF a note going on and on about how you think its a good idea that you two break up and start seeing other people......it doesn't matter if you write in big, bold letters "April Fool's Day!" at the bottom of the phoney letter....she's still going to slap you for it.

Just a tip guys.... don't try this at home! :)

You people make me sick. Where I come from, April first is a very sacred day. It is the day when St. Guido saved thousands of baby lemmings from being trampled to death as the adults all stampeded toward the cliffs.

You all should be ashamed. Why don't you try to learn aboout other cultures before making fun of things.

well if it's offensive, you should tell people first. it just seemed as if your other post was a little...harsh.
i know what you mean. ignorance sucks, and i've seen a lot of that being korean (all the jokes that i heard from my friends...)
but you can't take things so seriously all the time.

sorry. i didn't know anything about april first either.
