Finally a new episode!

Last nights return of The Office was great!

Michael Scott (Steve Carell) is hilarious. His new 15" plasma TV hanging on the wall over the fireplace was classic, the tour of their condo was quite funny (and would you expect anything less than a video camera in Jan's room!)
And Michael's bed!!! Poor guy.

Dwight was great. They need to put him and Angela back together, though Dwight showing up with his childhood babysitter as a "date" was also funny. "It's completely carnal. Nothing more."

And the "invisible" sliding glass door...

great episode.

I laughed out loud when Michael called Oscar "Oscar Myer weiner lover"....

and when Michael was grilling Phyllis to find out whether her friend was fat or not...

and when Michael met the blind date at the coffee house.

Great episode.

Season finale this Thursday! It's supposedly action packed! I think the question on every fan's mind is: Will Jim propose?!

As for my opinion - I think he will on thursday! But the producers, being in the business of making money, will hold off Pam's reply until next season. Urgh.

What do you all think about Toby's recent behavior? It seems that his jealously of Jim and Pam has finally reached a boiling point. But going so far as to scheme with Ryan on Jim's job performance? Very skeevy :o

And how about Ryan? Apparently a drug addict, which explains a lot. How do you all think that will play out?

I was about to start a thread about The Office but thought someone was bound to have done already, so I looked back and here it is! I'd really like to see some more discussion here...

I've become completely addicted to this show. I prefer it to the UK version, which I do find hilarious, but I warm to the characters in the US version much much more and I think the episodes are written in a very heartfelt way.

My favourite episodes are:
Season 1 - Diversity Day and Healthcare
Season 2 - The Dundies, The Client, Performance Review, Conflict Resolution and Casino Night
Season 3 - Back From Vacation, Ben Franklin, Women's Appreciation and The Job
Season 4 - Local Ad, Dinner Party, Goodbye Toby.

The only episode I haven't enjoyed as much is Gay Witch Hunt - I thought it was very contrived, though it still had some priceless moments as always.

I suppose Dwight, Angela and Jim are my favourite characters, but I love almost all of them to bits.
