Matthew 24 is part of the prophecy of the times shortly before the tribulation, if I am not mistaken. In other words, we are getting close to the Great Tribulation guys. The End Days are in full force.


Here is another one, this time from Daniel:

Daniel 12:4 (NKJV): "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase."

Daniel 12:4: This verse speaks about Daniel sealing a book until the end times. The context suggests that knowledge will increase significantly before these prophetic events unfold, with people traveling extensively (running to and fro). In today's world, this can be interpreted as globalization, rapid communication through technology such as the internet, social media, radio, television, and high-speed travel via airplanes and automobiles.

Also about the increase in hurricanes as said in Matthew, yes, there will be more higher category storms, and more rainfall in these storms according to NOAA. For an increase in earthquakes, the Netherlands experiences quakes in the late 2010s due to hydraulic fracturing (fracking) for petroleum products. So the prophecy of Matthew is being fulfilled. Whether global warming is real or not (it appears to be real), the increase in storms and quakes are the signs of the times. A small part of me is glad that global warming is real, cos we are fulfilling the prophecy and getting closer to Jesus returning, but 90% of me says we should try and slow global warming, cos of what Genesis 2:15, Isaiah 24:4-6 and Jeremiah 2:7 say.

In other words, it seems that the Bible has some recommendations that we must follow, but as sinners, we tend to ignore them. Even I, a guy who tries to save energy can fail in this regard: I take 10-15 minute long showers and day dream about sci-fi stuff, when it should be 5 minutes.

Agreed. Musk is one of them. He says he wants to make our planet green, yet he uses a private jet, burning thousands of pounds of fossil fuels.

If we really want to be green, we can try to walk or bike more, or take public transit, as stated inside of my Stewardship Devotional. Also, the elites are trying to take money away from people by putting band aid solutions to the problem, instead of fixing the root cause: Corporate greed.

Yes, it would be a nearly unwinnable battle. It might be possible, and we might have the tech to defeat the climate change, but the Euphrates will evaporate sometime around 2040, and Revelation talks about the 6th angel pouring a bowl and the river drying up, unleashing fallen angels. So yes, it might be possible to solve climate change, but given the state of the world, the Tribulation might happen before we go 100% renewable.

Amen sister. Jesus needs to return soon. If that means we should drain the Euphrates ourselves over the next few years, we should (well, just kidding on that last part).

Yes, I am starting to get a fondness for the KJV (used to not like that version until mere weeks ago), even though I prefer the NIV, NRSV-CE and NKJV, so here is Revelation 16, describing the Euphrates drying up in the beautiful style of the 17th century Bible.

Nowadays, we have woke ideology invading our schools, gender bending pop singers who shake their butts off in front of millions on live TV, and people killing each other on the streets (violence, war, crime) and in the hospitals (abortions, euthanasia).

We are both Christian, but we should both be wary of Musk. We can like the Falcon 9 and the Starship, but we do not have to like Musk, cos he wore a demonic costume.
