my name is benny, 20 yrs of age, and from india. my dad is a travelling evangelist, currently in the United States. my mom is working as a nurse there as well. i have an elder sister, who is studying mass media.
i accepted salvation, years ago. my faith was briefly challenged, when my dad was arrested in a muslim country for preaching the gospel. he was imprisoned for over 6 months, during which time our family was never sure if we would see him alive again. anywayz, when he was released, he entered full time ministry, which he has been involved since. my family, except for me, comprise of strong believers. i am sort of like the black sheep of the family. ever since my backsliding started years back, i hav never been close to God. and i wasnt bothered about it.
but over the last few weeks, things have changed. i hve this thirst to come back. i desperately need a counsellor, with whom i can share my problems and ask for advice, especially relationship problems and surviving in a non-christian environment. so anybody who is willing to help me out, who can give me advice, who is willing to listen to me, who can be a prayer partner for me, pls message me.
