Yes, I attended Mass once in 2004 because a friend asked me to go with them. I never went to another but it gave me the incentive to delve more into actual scripture study especially the Doctrines of Grace and by coincidence that's when I found a place online that like minded Christians were at..this forum.

There is a Catholic parish right next to the building I work in and I've been attending Mass a few times a week since last summer. It has had a powerful effect on me, it has challenged and changed my thinking. I visited the Basilica of Our Lady in Guelph and the experience was profound. It has been said there are two ways into Catholicism, by truth and by beauty, the Mass is beautiful.

Yours in the Lord,

jm

I've been to a Catholic mass twice, and a Lutheran one once. I felt out of place in both, but the Catholic mass felt like something completely pagan. The Lutheran service was definitely Christian, but the structure of a liturgical service is something I'm not willing to go through again, if I can avoid it.
