"The Apostle" was an excellent story of forgiveness and accountability. I liked him in one (if not the very first) of his early movies..when he played the recluse, Boo Radley, in "To Kill a Mockingbird"

i just finished watching that movie. it was very enjoyable and i can relate to it on many levels.

i see the thread is a few months old, i found it via a search engine.

I loooove Robert Duvall!! Wonderful man and INCREDIBLE actor! One of my dreams is to meet him. I just love him to death. That's a great little interview! I watched him on Huckabee in July and he was awesome on that as well! I loved seeing him on Huckabee...I was so tickled by it.

The Apostle is one of my all-time favorites! My dad introduced me to that one a long time ago, he's a huge fan himself. Great, great movie, so for anyone who has never seen it, I definitely recommend it. You won't be disappointed. Robert Duvall was so jipped out of the Oscar for that one.

I forgot to mention that we DID have a re-viewing of "The Apostle". It's such a fantastic movie. The scene with Duvall and Billy Bob Thornton...and the bulldozer...moves me every time. The ending, too.

I'm looking forward to "Get Low" coming out on DVD to see it.
