The lone Ranger

I prayed and suffered greatly but i found my help in the Lord. People say there are no lone Rangers in the church but I'm one. I don't feel right on this website. God gave me grace and love and I'm happy alone. I dont need stumbling blocks in my path. Anyway I'm sorry it didn't work out. Peace and God bless

It means that i walk alone. I found no love so grew wings and flew away

Or do you mean not attending any local church? That happens to plenty of Christians too. Not every place on the Earth has a suitable church to attend.

Yes I dont a church. And I don't like much online fellowship either. People argue politics and religion and then they say its not fellowship so its ok. Everything is fellowship in the Spirit as far as I'm concerned

You mean total isolation from all other people. Complete solitude. Like a monk living in isolation. Living the life of a hermit or an anchorite. I have autism so I understand the desire for isolation and the feeling of alienation. Needless to say, it's something to pray about. And perhaps do some research on.

This place is a trigger. Everyone is negative and tries pushing church and flawed doctrine on you. No one understands my faith.

I won't he posting as much. I stopped going to the theology and politics forums. That was the majority of my posting

Christianity can be messy at times. We are a diverse group. Like the real world, you will find some that will agree with you and some who will not. I recommend creating some rules for yourself if any part of you would like to stay - rules about forums or topics you will participate in and those you won't. It can make your day a lot more peaceful and enjoyable.

Yes, sometimes there are those of us who are "Lone Rangers," if even for the moment. And we shouldn't be shunned or shunted by the rest of the Church for having our own reflective gifts.

Just keep in mind, though, SOL, that you're "in the Body of Christ" whether you sit at home or in the local church building pew and the 'bickering' you see on CF is an unfortunate but continuing expression of the historic splits between Christians that have taken place in the past several centuries.

It's not your fault; it's just the nature of human shortcomings within the societies of the world and among Christians.

And as Blaise Pascal once said, “All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.”
