The Last Gatekeeper

"Long ago all worlds were joined. Commerse economy and trade were very much interworld. There was peace in the world, all the races of the same wolrd of different worlds got along. They traveled between worlds useing the great pillared arches known as many things but commonly known as gates. The worlds were govenred by the wise, kind and powerful races who built the gates know only known as the Gatekeepers. The world were in harmony until the day that the Gates stopped working and the gatekeepers disipeared." The worlds began to have to function on there own and new governments were formed, thousands of years passed and in many worlds storries of gates gatekeepers and other worlds were fanciful legends. In other worlds the inhabitants would view gatekeepers as long unseen gods, on earth they would take on the name of greek Gods, although the truth was far from the myth they become.. In other worlds all traces of this past were long forgotten. Prophecy fortold that someday the gates would open again when a child was born with the ancient wisdom and powers of the Gatekeepers. Who ever controls the child controls the gates and with this child gatekeepers has weopon of destruction or a tool for peace. Kingdoms will crumble, worlds will unite as groups search for the that could mean a chance at a new world."

OK this storie is not at all set in stone i would love some help with exspanding on historie ect. In fact i will need about 4 worlds in whitch the storie will start in more can appear in time. One of these can be earth. Does anyone have an idea for a world that could be used.

If anyone wants to try to make this a full pledged rpg let me know there alot of details ect that need to be made. And some of the stuff i wrote here is not in stone.
