Hi, I get what you're saying (I'm slow myself), I revert to my and others' hunch about your slowing down for the sake of your health, I see why you use what you call "A.I" because of that heart condition. (I know chronic illness myself.)

I've also realised why dispensationism took such a hold. For centuries Holy Spirit gifts and the distinction between works of flesh effort and works of grace, were suppressed. The peril is that it is liable to make its followers excitable for little progress.

The kingdom age started at Ascension since when the gifts unvetoed have been exchanged (many parables refer, the feedings of thousands refer). Their suppressing ensued from teachers teaching indistinctly but continued because of bad church bosses.

We always knew there is going to be a millenium (for example) but the time we are told most about is the ongoing present which is when we have to apply Scripture to our conduct towards each other, especially in supplicating, and in respecting the gifts in the others.

The government of Jesus that we know is meant to be the spiritual economy of trading talents with each other to build each other's fortitude and integrity up.

I said 29 AD but I do not know how we transition to the new age. I understand that Daniel 9:25 talks about 70 weeks which represents 7 X 70 or 490 years. Could 70 also mean 70 years? If we look at the time of Jesus He was cut off or crucified half way though the 70 years. Then the temple was destroyed in around 70 Ad.

There is a very popular teaching that began in 1996 that there will be a 7 year tribulation period.

I had a friend who died around 70. He was sure that rapture would be any day and for him he was raptured out of here. I think everyone is raptured when they die.

People talk about pre - mid and post rapture. I am sure that is true for them. According to their faith, let it be. Matthew 2:29.

2. That those texts are literal and not symbolic?

The verse has 2 parts added together with the word "and". You only mentioned half of the equation.

"For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, "and" as a watch in the night."

Strictly interpreting any verse declaring the Day of the Lord will not give you an explicit 24 hours. Why do you keep insisting that 24 hours is equal to 1000 years instead of just accepting that the Day of the Lord is equal to 1,000 years?

Even the word "day" in Greek in 2 Peter 3 is not 24 hours, but the working day during the 12 hours of light, also divided up into hours worked; 3, 6, or 9. Matthew 20:1-5

"For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. You have to point them out in Scripture. And you are still insisting the Day of the Lord is a 24 hour day. You have not acknowledged the Scriptures that indicate a period of a thousand years, and showing they cannot be a thousand years.

No one is claiming the Day of the Lord is 100 years. Every verse in Scripture talking about 1,000 literal years is comparing that time to God's perspective.

The Day of the Lord is not judgment. The Day of the Lord is a period of a thousand years that is preceded by judgment. The day of wrath and judgment is not the same as the Day of the Lord. The first Day of the Lord was mentioned in Genesis 2:1-4. The Day of creation including the Sabbath which was the Day of the Lord.

"Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,"

So we see that judgment on sin happens prior to the Day of the Lord. Other judgment is just a day of judgment of various lengths. It is judgment that is short. It is the Day of the Lord after the judgment that is considered the thousand years.

Isaiah 13:9-13 Behold, the day of the LORD comes, Cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, To lay the land desolate; And He will destroy its sinners from it. 10 For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not give their light; The sun will be darkened in its going forth, And the moon will not cause its light to shine. 11 "I will punish the world for its evil, And the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, And will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. 12 I will make a mortal more rare than fine gold, A man more than the golden wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, And the earth will move out of her place, In the wrath of the LORD of hosts And in the day of His fierce anger.

The Apostle Paul:

1 Thessalonians 5:1-3
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

The Apostle Peter:

2 Peter 3:10
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.

Hmmm... the Prophets and Apostles above all confirm the Day of the Lord IS Judgment.
