I am absolutely convinced he is innocent of the charges, but his actions, demeanor, and responses today hold sway with me. I'm in the 'not yet convince' he is guilty side. He might convince me otherwise. I will have to watch and see.

I don't expect much from these hearings, the venue is not conducive to any real depth of examination. A "breather" from questioning every five minutes (on both sides) almost makes a mockery of what they claim they are seeking.

I was convinced he's unsuitable for the appointment before the assault accusations.

I highly doubt that will change. But it could.

Yes, something in these proceding could convinse me that did not do what she and others claim he did.

But these procedings are not addressing my main point of him lieing to congress. That in itself is enough to question his appointment and charactor. What is happing now is what has gotten through peoples thick heads.

Ignoring the fact he's presented himself as an 'innocent choir boy' and it's coming out he's been a bit less than that in his day, at this point I feel there's too much that's been made about him. I think maybe moving on to a different pick might be the best course of action since he's become too controversial.

It's not that I have a problem with conservative judges being appointed as much as it is we don't need yet another person mired in controversy and scandals in command of our government.

So you want to believe he's innocent. Even though you have no clue. Just like most people. I'm sure if he was a Democrat. You would think hes guilty.

2. I decide guilt or innocence based upon actual investigations- not who presents better in public.
