  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Today I'm entering my third trimester! It seems like time is just flying now!

I have a question for you ladies, my baby has seemed to drop further down...is this normal? It's actually been a little painful for me When he moves around and dances on my bladder it feels like he's trying to kick his way out lol. Have any of your experienced this? Did you baby move back up again or did he/she stay down there?

When I was pregnant with my first she dropped at around 28 weeks and stayed there until she was born.
Was she born early? Could this be a sign that he will come early? I have a doctor appointment on Wed, should I call my OB before and talk to her about this or just wait? I haven't been nervous about anything this whole pregnancy but this makes me a little nervous.

No, she was born 5 days passed her due date. Is this your first baby? I think first babies tend to drop sooner than subsequent pregnancies. From what you've described I wouldn't worry about but you could check with your doctor if it will make you feel better.

hey, i am 27 weeks and yes ashlee has gotten tremendously lower it seems..but also our babies go through growth spurts from 25 to 29 weeks so it could be the weight that they've gained that it has just started making a difference....
Yeah I also thought about that too. I hope that's it! I know he has gotten quite a bit bigger, I am feeling a baby moving in there now rather than just thumps in my tummy.
