The Holy Spirit keeps me going

I have been clean from drugs for over 100 days now. While I was on drugs, I mangled my understanding of the bible and justified my drug habit by twisting scripture.
It seemed like I was eternally cut off because nothing made sense anymore.
But as I go on clean, and my mind is renewed, there are moments where Christ literally breathes life into me. A reason to go on!
And the wonderful thing is that the scripture is becoming plain and simple again like I knew it before I became an addict.
I just wanted to thank Jesus here for this.
