Just a "prayer warrior" - type theme. Enjoy! {(c) 1997}
Battle-Weary Warrior cries out in the Night
Nothing yet has daunted him; none provok-ed fright
Though the fight has worn him well, still he battles on
Sword in hand, this Knight shall stand until the evils gone
A-slicing mad, the stalwart lad hacks demon-flesh asunder
O count the dead and demon-heads he takes forth as his plunder
His eyes will flash and teeth will gnash as signs of holy rage
On bloody hill, he wont stand still until the evils caged
Forth comes his Axe as demon-tracks unfold before his eyes
(Satans minions never could assume a fit disguise)
One chop of dread sends thirty heads a-hurtling through the air
Once in a while , says he, and smiles, they need a little scare.
On and on, through night and dawn, he stalks the fiendish phantoms
Since the day they all fell and were all sent to hell, theyve thrown their childish tantrums
Gods Perfect Love Shone from Above upon all those vile creatures
But, even so, their pride did grow, and evil changed their features
Their master and they incited a fray against An Opponent so Wary,
Though it broke His Heart, God Knew from the start theyd all end up incendiary
Forth from Heaven they went, Gods forbearance all spent, to reside in a dark, fiery prison,
And since that point eternal, those minions infernal
Have plagued Christians with sin and derision
So, onward he goes, the Brave Knight conquring foes
Of foul nature which roam through the Earth
Twill not be all for naught if your souls truly bought back by Jesus:
Receive Second Birth!
Be a Warrior wholl fight through the day, through the night
Slaying hordes of this treacherous scum
Yes, Fierce Battle well do, as His Holy Guard True
Til the Day when His Kingdom shall Come
