The Great Commission

I beleive the baptism in the Holy Spirit was given to provide the boldness and power to carry out the mandate to lead others to Christ. I am know many charismatics that do not seem led to do this.
I am interested to know how many others have observed the same thing? It is all get but no give.

Agreed.
It is interesting to note that Jesus told his disciples not to do anything UNTIL they have been "endued with power from on high". ie baptised with the Holy Spirit.
