I don´t know of any sites that deal with this but just short historical "time-line" posts. I found this by a search line and "time-line" for the search word.

I would like to suggest a book that I have read by James D G Dunn on Jews and Christians the "parting of the ways AD 70 to 135. It has 170 plus pages of a good historical insight what happened during this time preceding the destruction of the Temple until 135 AD.

Shalom,
David.

If you have e-sword you can download extras for it, such as

-church history by shaff and/or

-ante nicene fathers.

Plus, if you type in the google any of these (or any search that is concerned with Church history) you will be able to find them.

Also, be careful, do not read to much of history, you might become Orthodox! :)

I someone would please tell me a few web sites that would give me more in depth information on the first 100 years of church history. Early writigs form that time and historical evidence, etc.

Here is a site with links to many of the early Christian writings. There is not a lot from the 1st century. I think the Didache (kind of an order of the Liturgy and guidance for Bishops, Priests, and deacons), Clement of Rome (mentioned by Paul), Letters of Barnabas (companion of Paul) and a few others are there. You may have to search a little.
