I have often wondered what it would be like at the final judgement. I got to thinking the ethics of such a judgement. Will it be God personally judging you? Wouldn't He be biased based on his own agenda? How can we be sure that his judgements will be fair? God would apparently be judge and jury in such a case and this isn't ethical. I think there should be a neutral court to decide the fate of peoples' souls after they die as opposed to God making that decision himself. It's a common belief that God hates evil and evil doers, but its not as if he has ever experienced being a human with all its limitations so how could he understand the things we have to deal with, such as the prospect of death and non-existence and the frustration of having such a limited knowledge about the big questions. God as Jesus isn't much of a difference, considering Jesus still knew tons more than us and knew he was going to be resurrected so that's not much of a human experience. I think this should disqualify him from making such eternal judgements against anybody.

Every man has to make an account for himself, but since no man is perfect, Jesus will answer for us. At the judgement, we will either see God as God the Father or God the Judge.

Because says that they will be fair. Really, we have no other standard to go by other than His. Justice without God is relative and nonexistent since God Himself is Just and Fair.

It is ethical since God gives each person the chance to accept Jesus. Jesus will serve as our defense before the Father since by our selves we would have no chance to get into Heaven.

Jesus was born, was limited by what we are limited by, had to learn like we do, had to suffer and die like we do, and was tempted like we are, but He triumphed over everyone of them. So, yes, God does know what it is like to be human.

God as Jesus isn't much of a difference, considering Jesus still knew tons more than us and knew he was going to be resurrected so that's not much of a human experience. I think this should disqualify him from making such eternal judgements against anybody.

Christians know that they will be ressurected in the end as well. And Jesus had to grow in wisdom, spirit, and knowledge while He was on earth, like humans.

This qualifies Him to make eternal judgements since He experienced what we did and triumphed over them.

Every one of us can make decisions as to what is moral and what is not, God is not alone in that ability.

There are so many different beings in existence that there are bound to be differeing opinions as to what is just and fair. I don't think God is special from the rest of us though. He has his opinions, we have ours. All opinions count.

If all the awesome things written about Jesus are true than sure I accept him, but Im not convinced about the validity of those claims. There is no conclusive proof.

Why can't I defend myself? I think Im more than capable.

God knows what its like to be human in a very limited way, but not even close to 100%, and this is a very important difference. If he didn't experience the full package, missing some of the most important aspects of what it means to be human, he doesn't truly know what we have to deal with.

Not much of an accomplishment. Jesus' life was destiny to unfold the way it did, God made it happen regardless of any other factors.
