Amen. Also in Matthew 1:23, "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." "The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.” (John 1:14) If Christ be not God, then we are yet in our sins and without hope.

yah that's an awesome reference also

I like the Hebrew word for God in the OT.. 'Eloheim'..

this word is defined as one God by the surrounding scriptures.. but is also used in as US

(Gen 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

(Deu 6:4) Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
(Deu 6:5) And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

(1Co 8:4) As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one.

So.. the Hebrew word word for God.. Eloheim is plural.. referring to more than two!

So three essences.. Father Son, Holy Spirit in one God.. all co-equal, all divine status.. in one God.. Eloheim
