It's not that easy. It is not clear, as many scholars note, as to whether the genitive form of "faith" (pistis Christou) that Paul uses is a subjective genitive or objective genitive. So that verse could just as easily be translated "For ye are all children of God by the faith of Christ (i.e. Christ's faithfulness)." That's the natural translation of the genitive (possession or description). In that case, your implication that this verse claims only those who believe in Christ are God's children no longer holds.

Yes. Atheists tend to be well educated, and to have better impulse control. Less tendency to lash out in anger, and less cause to be angry in the first place.
Also, a tendency to better problem solving skills.
And are more likely to have better paying jobs, with greater stability of employment.
All told, less likelyhood of becoming that angry drunk who explodes with rage and beats up the waitress.
Also, a better sense of ones place in the universe. So no self entitled fantasies of deserving a better station in life.
