"The Chosen"/"Pride" flag furore

Some Christians have gone into a meltdown because they saw a rainbow flag on a picture of the set of "The Chosen". I've learned enough in my 72 years to seek for more information before reacting.

It appears that a contractor came on set with a rainbow flag. And that's all there is to it. It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of sexuality, so the producers could not refuse the contractor's services. The individual whoever or whatever he/she/it is, was witnessed to. Just wait until some discover that there's a story in the Bible that famously involved a rainbow, or that there's a guy in there that wore a flamboyant many-colored coat that his dad gave him.

I mean, they did try several years ago to re-write the Bible because it was "too woke".

CNN is not a movie. Its sole purpose is to report facts. So you have no ground to stand on with that argument.

The reality is what actually happens. It is the facts. And what actually happens is not always what is in God's Word.

I also would hate to see a rainbow flag with the word "chosen" written on it, but nobody has the right to deny a product or service to LGBT people just because they are LGBT. That is as much against God as being LGBT because Jesus did not discriminate against anyone based on which sins people committed.

CNN is not a server of facts. It is a server of falsities and deception. Their ratings have sunken so low now to near nothing as they have been caught so many times in their falsities that people reject them as bearers.

Partially.

There are some gene variations that are more commonly associated with same-sex attraction than others. However, someone could have all the genetic markers for a predisposition to same-sex attraction and still not be lesbian, gay, bisexual (or be transgender for that matter).

Some people are indeed "born gay", but it's not just a matter of genetics. There is a extremely complicated interrelation of factors that goes into the composition of the spectrum of human sexuality.

Homosexuality is a sin. It is a sin that can be forgiven, with the acceptance of Christ and the renounciation and discontination of the behaviour, but it is a sin nevertheless. I treat everyone with compassion and understanding, but also tell the truth.

Things will indeed play out according to Gods Word .... with things getting progressively worse until He returns .... and they are.

It was a flag and why somebody got upset about it is beyond me .... Who cares? There are all kinds of different flags displayed all over the
place .... and so what? Battle of the flags? LOL
