I think Madonna is being "sarcastic" about the Republicans who think that Barack Obama is Muslim but the "Right" are pretty dense when it comes to sublty.

Leave it to the conservatives to gravitate to Madonna when they're under the illusion that it will advance their political agenda.

Does anybody really take serious notice about what Madonna thinks?
