There is no verse in the Bible that prohibits paedobaptism.
Nor is there a verse that commands it. And, the same can be said of credobaptism. So, we are left with making inferences from what is explicitly stated.

Interesting results so far. I thought this forum was filled with hyper Calvinistic Baptists! lol

I've thought this sub-forum is rather for Evangelical-Reformed Christians? (meaning: UCC, Evangelical Reformed Church of America, Presbyterian etc) and not so much Baptists?

The Regulative principle of the Reformed confession read the same as the Particular Baptist confession. This would suggest, historically, Particular Baptists are Reformed on this issue. (see A Tabular Comparsion of the WCF and the LBC) It would contradiction confessionally Reformed doctrine to perform baptism on infants since it is not found in the revealed will of God or prescribed by scripture.

Paedobaptism is in line with the regulative principle since it can be demonstrated by good and necessary inference! :)

(Most infant Baptists such as Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodox and Anlgicans, etc. baptize based on tradition and church authority so I’m not interested in discussing there practice.)

Some Protestants will claim infant baptism is a necessary, inevitable, unavoidable, absolutely needed conclusion based on scripture. But is it? Baptism was revealed and explained in the New Testament so we find the revealed will of God concerning the practice of baptism here, where it is prescribed, for the proper worship of God and edification of His people. If you consider the clarity of the scriptures on the regulative principle and the New Testament teaching about baptism is infant baptism necessary, inevitable, unavoidable and absolutely needed conclusion? Probably not which is why so many arguments for infant baptism can we found. There really isn’t an unavoidable logical conclusion for the practice.

Which is ironic since your post links to the London Baptist Confession, and elsewhere you reject biblicism. Either one dismisses all non-biblical witnesses (Fathers, Creeds, Medieval Doctors, Councils, etc) or one does not.

Whenever we ask 'what does the scripture say' the question is 'what does the scripture say when interpreted through the lens of my favourite confession'.
