...or the Antiliberal interpretation of the Bible club. I decided to make this because I've always wanted to have a club of my own and my I want to talk with people who share my beliefs.

Here's what I mean by "antiliberal" (I'm not sure whether it's conservative, so I don't name it that way):

1. You don't interpret the Bible liberally...
- You take the key symbols (like Heaven, Hell, the Lake of Fire) and some other symbols (like Moses lifting the water with the power of God) literally
- You interpret the Revelation as happening/upcoming events and believe that we don't know exact dates for these events.
[[- Due to large conflicts about homosexuality, I'm not taking a strong side on it.]] I've got two strong opinions I'm sticking to: Marriage and adoption are only for a man and a woman. Homosexuality isn't normal, but it necessarily isn't a choice.

2. ...nor too literally
- The Creation has been contradicted. The Earth is billions of years old. The days in the Bible could be taken as symbols for eras of times. Your interpretation of the Creation can vary.
- When Jesus said "And I tell you the truth, some standing here right now will not die before they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom." (Matthew 16:28) He necessarily didn't mean it literally. He IS coming, but we don't know when.
etc.

3. Evolution and science (VS?) Christianity
- Evolution doesn't need to conflict with Christianity
- You believe in theistic Evolution (God has always been helping evolution)
- Scientific theories can sometimes match with Christian ones
- Love and other emotions aren't just chemical reactions of the brain, but events in the soul. What happens in the brain is just a product of what happens in the soul.
etc.

4. Love
- "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind... Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself " (Matthew 22:37, 39)
- Love is always a first priority in your life

Not all of these need to be fulfilled if you want to join. The most important ones are bold.

I would like to join your club although I strongly disagree with you on a couple of points I agree with you strongly on most points. I agree in a very literal interpetation of the bible especially the new testament as I believe it is the basis of the church and although the old testament is edifying I believe everything absolutly needed to administer the church is contained in Matthew thru revelation. I agree the revelation is unfolding and the first clue that a charlatsan is a charlatan is claims made about dates or times of the end even vauge ones.

I do not agree with evolution as a whole although I can see that natural selection does occur however the mutation from species is not a possibility as far as I am concerned.
Most of the statements you made sound much like what I believe though. I seek truth in all things though and think the bible contains the ultimate truth for mankind I married to no belief if it is not supported in scripture. In my search for truth through the literal interpratation of Gods word I have definitly had to make changes in beliefs and ideas I had that were incompatible.
