Thanksgiving...

Is anyone else terrified about thanksgiving?

Big meal... with the whole family... *curls up in the corner to hide*

I am very worried too. I never do well with lots of food. I am going to pray to God a lot the night before and hope somehow I will be ok.

Just eat what you can, sweetie. You don't have to stuff yourself, but you should try and eat something. I understand how overwhelming it can be though.

I was worried but now I'm not so much, because it'll just be me and my parents and we're not really having a huge meal. I wish you both could come join me!!

Bethany, I apologise if the comment I left in your blog sounded a little harsh. :o I just want you to know that ... well, that I'm worried about you. Things are worse than you think they are. They were worse for me than I thought they were too, and it didn't help me that my parents were treating it really lightly. So I totally understand ... I hope you don't think that I don't get where you are right now. 'Cause I so do. I love you, lil sis. And I want the best for you.

I got really stressed before the meal ... really bad ... and that was really frustrating ... but I got through it okay. It's not good though, 'cause I've gone today barely making my meal plan. I just feel too big to eat much. I hate how Thanksgiving has become all about the food. I hate it. It's a day to give thanks. Not to gorge yourself on food. Argh.

Hehe oops That was a little rant.

yeah, I got through today ok. Was a little rough it spots, but I made it. And don't worry about the comment, I would rather you were honest with me sis. So really, I appreciate it more than you know. I'm sorry I have you so worried. I don't want to worry anyone.

I think we should abolish Turkey Day and make it instead a Day of Thanks. No more Thanksgiving. But a Day of Thanks. Same day. But no big meal. Just coffee and cappucino and hot cider and a bit of food here and there, sandwiches or something, so it's not like an ED holiday . How's that sound?
