I have been praying and praying to find a full time job. I have not done so yet, but yesterday, at my part time job, I was given a raise and a promotion, and with the new job comes more hours. I am so grateful to the Lord for helping me keep my faith.
I was so frustrated with this job and its lack of hours, I wrote up my notice yesterday and brought it into work with me, fully intending to hand it it. I am telling you, an actual voice in my head told me not to act so rashly and by the end of the shift, I had the raise and promotion so unbelievably out of the blue. Someone else quit and they were desperate to fill her position. Thank you Lord, for forcing me to be faithful and patient. Praise you Lord, for once again telling me you know better your plans for me.
