I was going to post on the prayer requests section. Then I remembered I have so much to be thankful of. After almost three years and in spite of many difficulties (my husband's sickness, financial problems on his side, loss of his job, having to hire a lawyer for the immigration process, a pandemic) and in spite of the fact that just the 13% of petitioners get the Visa, I was granted a permanente resident spousal visa on the last 16th of October, and I was able to leave on the 27th, just two days before the new lockdown in my country. If I did not leave that day I could have been stuck for months.
The Lord has been so good. My husband is now feeling much better. We are very happy to be finally a family. We laugh a lot together. It is like a dream and I want to thank the Lord publicly with all my heart.
Durinh the last three years there have been so many moments when I was convinced the Lord had forgotten me.
But He did not.
