It's been a mountain i've been climbing to over come for the past 5 years if not longer. Today I declare that IT is NOT stronger than God or my faith. I need to stop giving it the power to run me into the ground at my weakest points. I thank God in advance for carrying me through this tough time. I've had enough of this and I am determined to put my trust in Him and i'm more than ready to watch Him work his miracle in my life.

Alleluia for this breakthrough! Anxiety IS like climbing a mountain, and the best news is that it doesn't have to stay like that. God has provided so much information in the Bible for how we can overcome obstacles that seek to take us down and keep us down.

You can help remove the power it has over you by implementing some simple methods through diet and lifestyle. God outlined an amazing diet for humans in Genesis, and once a person is educated and understands how food plays a role in how it affects hormones, changes can be made to improve the situation. This is a topic I have studied and implemented myself because of anxiety and depression, and I am completely free from it. Feel free to write back if you'd like.
