Hello mods,

I want to thank you for the work you do to provide such a valubale service as this forum is.

I came here a few days ago to share my experience with my fathers death. Part of me thought i was crazy, the other part thought i was normal.

thanks to your forums and all the wonderful members that it provides, i was able to connect with several of them and also recieved several comforting PM's, some of which i will never forget. had it not been for this forum, i wouldnt have had the support and answers i do now.

i look forward to becoming an active member on this board and also through my walk with Christ.

For my part, I am very thankful to the Heavenly Father for inspiring Erwin to create this site. I am thankful to the Heavenly Father for putting the desire in all who post here (staff and regulars) to keep this site going. Finally, I'm thankful to Erwin for following the Lord's plan for his life, which included the creation and management of this site, and to Erwin for truly caring about us. This is a pretty awesome place, and what makes it awesome is when people like you come to share your life's experiences and the joy that God put in our hearts.

I lost my father 12 years ago (I was obviously much older than you ) but I think back to life with him often. It just seemed simpler than.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I lost my mother only a few months ago myself and know it is a difficult thing to go through.
