Come September, every public school classroom in Texas could be required to display the Ten Commandments under a requirement that passed a key vote in the Texas legislature Sunday — part of a larger push in Texas and beyond to increase the role of religion in schools.

It's time we instill proper morals, and not just laws without reason. The American Golden Age is now.
If you want schools to instill proper morals, you should look at what japanese schools are doing.

The Ten Commandments Great!

That sure does beat a rainbow flag in the classroom

Are you suggesting that the Ten Commandments poster has magical properties? Did the flag?

What an ignorant, nonsensical comment...

Have you stopped beating your wife, though?

Would you be comfortable if the city council in Dearborn, Michigan voted to read Quran in public schools in Dearborn, MI?

How is a poster of the Ten Commandments hanging there on the wall going to "install proper morals?" Just by hanging there?

This doesn’t really bother me. It is in Texas after all but my question for those who support this policy, what do you expect to be the result or outcome from just posting the 10 commandments at public schools? What is the aim here?

Still seems to me that people proposing this don't know the Bible very well.

Be that as it may, sure, let's see how the current Supreme Court handles the issue. I think it's not going to go well for the Texas legislators.
