Bio: Tetsuya is a native to the Land of Lightning, but his village was destroyed by Orochimaru during the great war. As a result, his people were devastated by Orochimaru's Gedo Mark Jutsu. Tetsuya's parents managed to survive the devastation, and managed to raise Tetsuya in the ways of the ninja, in order to someday repay the Third Hokage's debt to the Land of Lightning.
when Tetsuya's parents died, he began a journey to Konohagakure, to find the Third Hokage, and become a Leaf Ninja.
Jutsu:
Tetsuya has basic level Jutsu at his disposal, such as Fire Style: Pheonix Flower Jutsu, and Hurricane Formation, but he has a few unique Jutsu at his disposal.
Disguise Jutsu: Tetsuya's variation of the Transformation Jutsu. Tetsuya transforms, taking the appearance of the person he is copying. He can also use all of their Jutsu he has seen thus far, but only at 1/5 the power.
Energy Wave Jutsu: Another unique jutsu that Tetsuya created on his own, he focuses his chakra into his palm, and releases it in a large burst.
Lightning Strike Jutsu: By focusing his chakra into his pliant fingers, he can direct a bolt of lightning down on the opponent in stormy weather.
