Appearance: Tall and skinny, he wears everyday clothing. Has short, dark brown hair cropped close to his skull. Intelligent and strategical, he analyzes people carfully. He is usually very happy, and tries to trust people, despite his analyzing of people.
Bio: Tetsuya is an ordinary teenager who lives in the Kanto region of Japan. He lives with his parents, and has an older brother that lives nearby.
Tetsuya lived in America for a few years, and converted to Christianity. His parents bought a neckalce that resembled a shield with a cross on it. It had a scripture on the back.
His best friend gave him a ring that had 'WWJD' on it, but it was too small. Instead, he attached it to a chain, and wore it arounbd his neck with his first necklace.
In Japan, during his Junior year, he received a mini-Class Ring on a third chain. He wore it along his neck with the other two.
One night, he was confronted in a dream by the Holy Spirit, and told him that his necklaces had been imbued with special abilities--The shield necklace gave Tetsuya defensive abilities. By saying the incantation "I reject!!", it raises a shield that protects him from projectile attacks, and one physical blow.
The WWJD ring became his main offensive weapon. By twirling the chain at a high speed, it gains intense velocity, and gains the ability to slash through most things, even through metal if spun fast enough.
The Class Ring gained magical abilities. The Ring constantly emits a Spell Nullification Aura, which nullifies any magical spells. Tetsuya can also fire a blast of light from his ring, with the incantation "Shine through darkness.....Final Shine!!"
Tetsuya refuses to kill any enemy of his, unless they are necessarily evil. The Holy Spirit has sent a part of itself with Tetsuya, named Cross. Cross is able to determine wether a person's soul has true evil within it. This is the only time Tetsuya will ever have to kill someone, although he hasn't been faced with that yet.
Tetsuya's chains are made of a ordinary metal--however, they have been touched by God, making them impossible to break. Tetsuya once tested this theory by hitting them with a hammer, running over them with his car, and throwing them off of a bridge.
All of his chains are extendable, making them viable weapons in their own right. The chain automatically extends on it's own, making Tetsuya able to attack his opponents from several meters away without physical harm--unless his weapons bounce back, and hit him.
Tetsuya's ultimate attack is the Triple-Ring Slasher, in which he spins all of his necklaces which creates an area impossible to break through, as well as putting Tetsuya on the offense. In a sense, it creates the ultimate defense, as well as an offense. However, it severely limits Tetsuya's attacking range, since if he extends the chains, they become a tangled mess.
In this attack, the shield and WWJD necklaces spin rapidly, creating sharp blades of wind around the neclaces. He spins these two necklaces from his wrists, which create alternating blades of wind that trap the opponent in a field of air.
Tetsuya spins his Magic Ring necklace from his neck, which creates horizontal blades of energy made of light energy. These energy blades slice the opponent as they spin around in the vortex of wind.
This attack, however, is difficult for Tetsuya to sustain--Not only does he have to spin the chains quickly, but it tightens his muscles from the intense velocity, and slowly rips them apart.
Tetsuya also has basic knoweledge of kenpo and judo, learned from when he was little, so he can fight in close range if absolutly necessary.
