Sometimes when im thinking about the Bible and God in my mind one of my words comes out wrong. like on the bus a few days ago I was thinking about the Bible and one of the words got changed in my mind. Don't remember exactly what, but it changed the meaning of what I was thinking to something bad. Is this satan messing with my mind? It only happens when im thinking about Christianity, nothing else. Does this happen to anyone else? I also have trouble picturing what Jesus looked like without it getting distorted. Kinda freaks me out. Had some dreams about the apocolypse too, but I donno if they were from the devil or not...

I`m not one to link demonic activity to just anything, but I do know we have an enemy, and an enemy that fights against us. If you feel that your thoughts are being clouded by the enemy, then pray that God would protect you. Scripture tells us to set our minds on things above, so keep those thoughts focused on God and what God would have you do with your life. Don't let the evil one stop that from happening.

Yes I believe it is the devil trying to trip you up. I agree with keep your eyes fix on God. Focus on God and his word. I would not concern myself. I have heard very strong evangelists being tripped up like this in public. And they have correct by repeating what they had mean't all the time to speak out and have carried on.

well, i dont think its anything to worry about really. sometimes when i pray, i end up saying "jesus i rebuke you!" hehe.
well, not exactly, but the words come out wrong, because that just happens to me.
but it is just a mishap.
i get to moving really fast and the next thing i know ive said something wrong... id say its just a mistake, dont worry about it.
but you can pray to god to give you a fluent speach, or to change the mistakes of your mind.
what ive found is that you fill your mind with the most, is how your mind is trained to work, you simply have to retrain it over time.
the reason we say, think, or do lots of things, is becuase our body is just working in patterns, i dont think you should link this to much demonic stuff.
sure pray about it, ask for help. but dont worry so much.

What you described happens to me a lot. Especially while I am praying to God. Satan will fill my head w/ an impure thought or just have cuss words flying around in my head for some reason. I do not cuss nor like to hear one but when I pray Satan tries to get to me this way. But God is on top of everything and knows that those thoughts of cuss words are not from me but from Satan. So I will kinda laugh at them while I am praying...because I know that it is Satan just trying to keep me from praying to God.
He is slick let me tell ya. Also I have really vivid nightmares at night when I sleep. Liek the other night I had a dream that my bed started spinning really fast and I couldn't move my body...someone was pulling me off my bed...and sitting on my pillow was my ex-gf. I guess you just had to have been in the dream to really experience how freaky it was.
But a dream like this happens to me at least once a month or so...since I've been saved. I believe it just Satan trying to get back in me myself...or to show his frustration over losing my soul to Christ! But when a dream like this happens to me or when I feel Satan tempting me so bad I can't stand it I quote and pray out loud James 4:7 Submit to God. Resist the devil. And he will flee from you. And when I do that...no more Satan or bad dream. He has to leave!

I think we all experience having those thoughts occasionaly creep into our minds somehow. Ones we know shouldn't be there. We should thank God for giving us the ability to see them for what they are, and ask him to never let that thought enter our mind again because we know it's not from him.
