Well not unexpected or surprising except for the way it happened. One if my dogs is a chewer...bad! He'll tear up couch pillows, the couch itself (had to replace one) so I try, TRY to keep tabs on him. OK, I have a library book I'm reading and just before bed I put it on my nightstand, foolishly thinking it was safe. You guessed it. Now I owe the library $16.00
He needs a smacked bot
Just a silly remark I'm a big sook with animals.
davedajobauk: said "He needs an attentive and authoritative pack-leader
That! (destructive behaviour) is a 'no-no' here
Puppies are still-learning, adult dogs need re-training"
Do you physically discipline your dogs?
Mine usually Acts up when i'm away.
I keep them in the kitchen but sometimes they escape.
He's smart which is good and bad!
Our dogs are not at-all bothered by our cats
and our cats will lay amongst them (without anxiety)
But when our dogs they see 'other-cats' locally, they create a ruckus (?)
and one can imagine the kerfuffle that would ensue
if, they could reach them (those, other cats)
Family, is loved and cared-for
