Hello Hebrew native speakers...

I have yet found another incredible hebrew song, this time from an orthodox jew. I´d like to ask if you guys can tell me, which psalm this is, its supposed to be one of the 150 psalms of the bible. If anybody can help me with this I´d appreciate very much.

I'm not a native speaker, but it's Ps 102:1-3a. There are lots of repeats! BTW he has a very strong Ashkenazi pronunciation.

Note that the numbering is different in the Hebrew Bible. This corresponds to the superscription and verses 1 and 2a in the English Bible.

hello and thank you. yes its good confirmation i also guessed it was that psalm. and true he pronounces vowels not mentioned in the lyrics, f.ex. he sings "oi" insteas of "o". probably he´s from poland or somewhere in eastern europe.

cool i have written the song down now, i learned to write hebrew, the consonants and vowels, but the double vowels i still hve to get used to, they are kinda complicated...

hey man,

no i am not from israel i was born n raised in germany, but now at almost 30 started to learn hebrew. not too late considering the fact that hebrew will be the dominating world language for 1000 years during the millennium.(my guess)

last year i visited jerusalem for 3 weeks working at a christian prayer center, it was really interesting. next time i´m gonna visit i will be able to understand a few simple phrases already.

hey mate,

ah no my name is Markus or Mark. thx for the offer, i guess i need at least a couple of months to get some basics of hebrew into my system, but i just made another block of little cards to rehearse vocabulary, simple konjugations etc.
