In my experience the medic would then switch the uber to a scout, the engineer would destroy his own dispenser in order to build it closer to a spawn point and the rest of my team would run away.
Maybe I just have bad luck with servers
The perils of random spawns. I tend to play on servers from the same few providers, they're usually 16v16 which means it's insane but if you can survive and do well they're great practice. Also, the fact that most rounds go to overtime with that many people on a team is a good indicator of the quality of play I think....
It's only been out a little while, since last Wednesday I think, when the scout update came out. It's pretty difficult to pull off, you have to shoot with the shotgun (the unlockable one) to propell yourself after the double jump. Most of the time I go splat into the heavy's spun-up minigun
Hmm...to tf2wiki I go....
I want to buy L4D but the notion of it being co-op puts me off a bit. And the fact that if you end up with a bunch of headless chickens as team mates it's probably *very* stressful.
Playing with friends is definite fun, and least you don't need any more than 4/8. Random matches can often be an exercise in sheer frustration - but then again, some of my best times have been in random games, from the time we found a glitching server that spawned zombie hordes at twenty times the normal rate to that week when it seemed like every server was populated by brand new players and giving them unhelpful advice

. I met the group I play with through random games, and that's where we find most of our new recruits.
Yeah that's what I thought as well. The way they clock, disguise, stab, cloak disguise all in no time at all...it has to be a script. Surprised the VAC hasn't picked up on it.
Well, I'm pretty sure scripting uses valve console commands to rebind keys to a sequence of player events (weapon switch, fire, etc) so they're not cheats as such, but I'm sure in some circles they must be frowned upon...
Then again, maybe they're really good and I'm just terrible. I know an awful lot of people were mad over the latest update, which forces them to actually be behind the person when they stab, instead of leaping from a building like Batman and stabbing them as they fall like some kind of aerial acrobatics display.
Lol, ok I can't say I've ever seen that
Event_Horizon
I have no imagination.
Eh, mine's ripped off from Dune.
Cool. If you're soon to graduate then I understand the anti-Steam decision. It sucks away time like nothing else
Doesn't mean I'm going to stick to it, so you might be seeing me sooner than you think
