Brothers and Sisters,
My first book, T.R.U.T.H. in Ministry, has finally been published.
This book is a culturally relevant, no-apologies, real-world look at Christian ministry today. The book begins by uncovering the truth of what ministry actually is and by Biblically establishing the authority, ability and responsibility of all Christians to be ministers. The reader is then invited to explore five character qualities that are essential in the development of a dynamic personal ministry in today's perilous environment of social and moral extremes. These qualities are based on the acronym T.R.U.T.H.--which stands for being Teachable (humility), Reachable (compassion), Unoffendable (grace), Tangible (relevant/current) and Honorable (integrity, personal conduct). Finally, through scripturally based exhortation, the book encourages us to accept the purpose for which we were created; to serve our fellow human beings, in the name of Christ the King, to whom we are willfully beholden, for all time.
Very Respectfully in Christ,
T. Michael Cart (pastortimothy)
