Perfume/fragrance is very personal what with body chemistry and all, but here's some of my favourites:

MAC Asphalt Flower (Discontinued.)
YSL Parisienne.
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb & Flowerbomb Extreme. Haven't tried the La Vie en Rose version, but am sure it's really nice.

I like florals with a bit of kick or edge; nothing too musky (I love the glamour of Elizabeth Taylor, but White Diamonds and Chanel No. 5 both smell like cat urine on me,) or a lot of gourmands that are sickly sweet (Aquolina Pink Sugar).

My nephew gave me a set of five VS colognes for Christmas - I found them unbearably fruity and floral. That might work for a young girl, though.

Scent is so personal.

Paul smith - purple bottle - nice smell

D & G light blue - fresh smelling like you just got out of a bath

elizabeth ardern Green tea mist - surprisingly lovely

Chanel Chance - I love this it has to be my fave of all but very expensive

Body shop used to do little perfume oils back in the day and ther eused to be one called rose musk... it was amazing! didnt smell of roses at all but smelt like babies lotion. allways got comments on my aroma lol
wish they would bring that back
