Sufficient Evidence - What is it?

This is an all powerful, all knowing, God, God, so if He chose to provide evidence, surely he should be able to convince every single person on the face of the earth.

So sufficient evidence would be every single person on the planet believing the Christian God exists, from the moment they are born, regardless of whether they were ever told about the Christian God or not.

While we might consider that some kind of universal acknowledgement among humankind could imply 'sufficiency,' couldn't we then ask if God Himself can prove to our satisfaction that He is indeed the Ultimate God and that there isn't some other god higher up in the 'Q Continuum'? (And let's say another god then swats away the god we thought was actually god. Couldn't we then ask THAT god if he was the ultimate god? It seems that we could end up in a regress because we are simply 'stuck' with our limited human capacities for verifying ultimate possibilities.)
