sued

ok, i need some advice, i was involved in a car wreck one year ago, it was not my fault but since there were no witnessess the labeled it my fault<IMG onmouseover="this.style.cursor='hand';" style="CURSOR: hand" onclick="smilie('');" alt=cry src="http://www.christianforums.com/images/smilies/cry.gif" border=0>my girlfriend was with me in the car when it happend, now, my insurance is fighting for me and deffending me on the matter that i am getting sued by the other vehicle who crashed into me. i have full coverege on my car but my insurance sopposedly has not payed the medical bills of my girlfriend, which i feel is because my insurance is fighting to keep me innocent, my girlfriend told me that she was going to sue my insurance for not paying her medical bills. i believed her and just yesterday i got a letter stating that i have to go to court because she is suing me for medical bills, mental anguish, physical disfigurement, ect.....

but, man, i feel really bad about this situation, its bad enough i crashed but have the only person in my car sue me too!
i am trying to change the decision that this accident was labeled my fault but know idont know if the fact that she is suing me is going to help me any

yeah, but all i got was a messed up wrist and a totaled car.
